By connecting to where we are in the very moment we have right now, we are more focused and feel more available to enjoy all of the little things. The grounding meditation takes a few minutes and will draw your focus inwards.
Feel what is solid beneath you, wherever you are sitting, and imagine yourself connecting to the earth like a tree does through its roots. Imagine the roots, sinking down into the earth, pulling up nutrients, and connecting you to exactly where you are and where you are meant to be.
